Our Work
Inter Clôtures Sentinelle
Full social media management, ongoing content production, and website design and build for a 40-year-old Quebec fencing company.
Project Overview
Primary challenge
A Quebec fencing company with four decades of reputation built entirely offline – word of mouth, referrals, repeat customers – competing in a market where the buying journey now starts on a phone. Established in 1983, Inter Clôtures Sentinelle had the credibility and the craft; what it didn’t have was a digital presence that matched either. Then the hardest constraint in the trade: fencing is brutally seasonal. A year’s revenue is decided in a handful of months, which means demand has to be generated before the season opens, not during it.
- Designed and built a bilingual FR/EN site structured around how Quebec buyers actually shop for fencing: by material, by property type, and by service area.
- Put four decades in business front and centre - in a trade full of one-truck operators, longevity is the differentiator.
- Built a content engine out of the work itself: install footage, material comparisons, finished-project showcases, and crew-led explainers.
- Produced everything in both French and English so the brand speaks to the full Quebec market rather than treating one language as an afterthought.
- Took over full day-to-day management across platforms, moving the brand from sporadic posting to a consistent seasonal publishing rhythm.
- Made finished installs the core creative asset - in this category, the proof is the product.
- Front-loaded content and awareness ahead of the install season so the quote pipeline was full before the trucks rolled.
- Built off-season content around planning, permits, materials and budgeting to keep the brand present year-round.
- A legacy trade brand doesn't need reinvention - it needs its reputation made visible. Forty years of proof, published consistently, outperforms any campaign.
The Outcome
Forty Years of Reputation, Finally Visible
Inter Clôtures Sentinelle didn’t need a new identity – it needed the work it had been doing since 1983 to be seen by the people searching for it today. A bilingual, conversion-structured website and a consistent, proof-led content engine turned an offline reputation into a measurable source of quote requests, timed to land before each install season instead of during it.
Content Strategy
An organic content strategy for a trade business, where credibility is earned by showing finished work rather than claiming expertise.
THE WORK IS THE CONTENT
Turned every completed install into an asset. Before-and-afters, material close-ups, and crew footage do more for a fencing brand than any produced campaign, and the supply is renewed with every job.
BILINGUAL BY DEFAULT
Built every asset in French and English from the outset, so the brand competes for the entire Quebec market – residential and commercial, francophone and anglophone – instead of half of it.
BUILT AROUND THE SEASON
Structured the calendar against the install season: awareness and planning content in the off-months, proof and availability content at peak, so demand arrives before capacity does.
