Our Work
Miami Rent A Yacht
Website design and build plus end-to-end content production for a direct-to-consumer luxury yacht charter company.
Project Overview
Primary challenge
- Built the site as both the booking engine and the salesperson - transparent pricing, real fleet detail, and a path from landing page to deposit without a phone call.
- Merchandised the fleet the way a customer actually chooses: by guest count, occasion and vessel - the 100′ Dominator, 90′ Day Dreamin, 88′ Saint Sirena, 84′ Azimut SKY, 68′ Galeon FLY and 65′ Numarine Sebastian each presented on their own terms.
- Produced a full on-water content library - fleet, interiors, Biscayne Bay, golden hour and guest experience - because in this category the content is the showroom.
- Built occasion-specific content for the packages that actually drive bookings: birthdays, sunset cruises, corporate charters, bachelor and bachelorette parties, proposals and photoshoots.
- Made the trust signals load-bearing rather than decorative: 500+ completed trips, locally owned, no hidden fees, same-day availability.
- Removed every remaining excuse not to book - transparent deposits, multiple payment paths, and total clarity on what happens after the reservation is placed.
- When you remove the broker, the website inherits the broker's job. Miami Rent A Yacht converts because the content answers every question a salesperson would have handled in person.
The Outcome
Removing the Broker, Keeping the Conversion
Miami Rent A Yacht bet that transparency would outperform gatekeeping in a category that has always relied on it. A conversion-built site and a content library that functions as a floating showroom let guests choose a vessel, understand the price, and place a deposit on their own – turning the absence of a broker into the reason to book.
Content Strategy
A content strategy for a purchase nobody makes sight-unseen, built so the library does the work a broker and a dockside walkthrough would otherwise do.
THE CONTENT IS THE SHOWROOM
Shoot every vessel the way a listing agent shows a property – deck, salon, flybridge, cabins – so a guest can commit to a 100-foot yacht from a phone with no ambiguity about what they are booking.
OCCASION-LED MERCHANDISING
Organised creative around why people charter – a birthday, a sunset, a proposal, a corporate day – because customers arrive with an occasion in mind, not a vessel length.
TRANSPARENCY AS THE CONVERSION ENGINE
Treated the honest price, the 500+ completed trips and the no-hidden-fees promise as the primary creative message, turning the brand’s operational difference into its strongest marketing asset.
