Our Work
Wraptors Inc
Equity partnership covering global brand scaling, unified content and creative systems, and market-entry support across an international location network.
Project Overview
Primary challenge
Wraptors already had the scale most shops never reach – sixteen locations across three continents, more than nine thousand vehicles wrapped, and over a decade in the trade. What a network that size does not automatically get is a single brand. When every location produces its own content, sets its own tone and defines its own standard, a customer in Scottsdale and a customer in Cape Town are not buying the same thing. The mandate was twofold: turn a multi-location operation into one globally recognised name, and build a brand and content system a new location can plug into on day one rather than rebuild from scratch.
- Entered as an equity partner rather than a vendor, taking operator-level responsibility for how the network grows.
- Aligned the roadmap to the metrics that govern a multi-location business: brand consistency, lead volume per location, and speed to profitability in a new market.
- Built one brand system - voice, visual language, content formats and standards - that every location runs from, so the name means the same thing in Hamilton, Orlando and Cape Town.
- Made "the largest and most experienced vehicle wrap shop in the world" a provable claim rather than a line of copy, by putting the scale, the material partnerships and the nine thousand completed builds in front of the audience consistently.
- Turned the work itself into the content engine - the reveal is the product, and a network doing this volume generates campaign-grade footage every single day.
- Built repeatable content formats (build reveals, before-and-afters, material and finish showcases, exotic and luxury features) that any location can shoot without a creative director on site.
- Created a market-entry playbook so a new location launches with a full brand, content and demand-generation kit instead of starting from zero.
- Supported international expansion beyond North America, extending the network's footprint while holding the standard that makes the brand worth expanding.
- Scale without a system is just repetition. Wraptors already had the locations and the craft - the growth came from making sixteen shops behave like one global brand.
The Outcome
One Brand, Every Location, One Standard
Wraptors stopped operating as sixteen shops that share a name and started operating as a single global brand with sixteen doors. A unified creative system turned the network’s own daily output into a content engine, a market-entry playbook made each new location launch-ready on arrival, and equity alignment kept every decision pointed at the standard rather than the short-term post.
- GLOBAL FOOTPRINT
Grow to 100 locations across different countries, each launching on the same brand system.
- INSTAGRAM GROWTH
Grow the community on build-reveal and luxury-feature content.
- MONTHLY REACH
Average approximately 1 million monthly views across the network’s channels.
- BOOKED DEMAND
Increase inbound booking enquiries across locations running the unified system.
Content Strategy
A content system designed for a high-volume, multi-location operation, where the daily work is already the most compelling creative asset the brand owns.
THE BUILD IS THE CONTENT
Structured everything around the reveal. A wrap has a natural before, during and after, and a network completing this volume generates an inexhaustible supply of it – no campaign budget required, only a repeatable format and a standard for shooting it.
LUXURY AS THE CEILING, ACCESS AS THE FLOOR
Led with the exotic and high-end builds that stop the scroll, then converted that attention with the accessible services – tint, PPF, ceramic, colour change – that most customers actually book.
ONE SYSTEM, EVERY LOCATION
Gave each location the formats, the voice and the standards to produce on-brand content locally, so the network scales creative output with every new door instead of straining a central team.
