Our Work
Bewell
Celebrity partnership brokerage, full website design and build, and end-to-end content production for a pre-launch longevity real estate ecosystem.
Project Overview
Primary challenge
Selling a category that doesn’t exist yet. Bewell isn’t a condo development – it’s a residential ecosystem engineered around healthspan, with a promise (“thrive beyond 120 years of life”) that reads as science fiction until it’s made credible. Pre-launch, with no built inventory and a “coming soon worldwide” footprint, the brand had to manufacture authority, desire, and qualified demand for a product no buyer could yet walk through. There was no show suite to do the convincing. The brand, the site, and the partnerships had to do it instead.
- Brokered celebrity and high-profile partnerships to transfer credibility onto an unbuilt, first-of-its-kind category.
- Matched partners against the longevity, performance and wellness worlds so each association read as conviction rather than endorsement.
- Designed and built the brand's primary sales asset - the site had to do the job a sales gallery does for a traditional development.
- Structured the experience around the ecosystem itself: longevity spaces, biophilic design, mental wellness environments, and daily community programming.
- Produced a full content library spanning brand film, amenity storytelling, founder-led content, and social-native vertical cuts.
- Built founder Jérémy Savoie's own longevity record - 318 km in 56 hours, and a 255 km ultramarathon - into the brand's proof of conviction.
- Translated "Making Humanity Forever Young" from a tagline into a narrative system running across web, social and partnership collateral.
- Built the language that lets a prospective buyer explain the category to someone else - the real test for a product with no precedent.
1. For a category-creating brand, credibility is the product. Celebrity association, founder proof, and a serious digital experience did the work a show suite couldn't.
The Outcome
Manufacturing Demand for a Category That Doesn't Exist Yet
Bewell went to market with no inventory, no precedent, and a promise most buyers had never heard framed as real estate. Celebrity partnerships supplied external validation, the founder’s own record supplied internal conviction, and the website converted both into qualified demand – establishing Bewell as the definitional brand in longevity real estate before the first building existed.
Content Strategy
A content strategy engineered for a pre-launch, category-creating brand, where every asset has to earn belief before it can generate demand.
FOUNDER-LED CREDIBILITY
Positioned Jérémy Savoie as the living proof of the thesis. A founder who has run 318 km in 56 hours isn’t selling longevity as a marketing angle – he’s the reason the category is believable.
CELEBRITY & CULTURAL VALIDATION
Used celebrity and high-profile partnerships to move Bewell from an unfamiliar idea to an aspirational one, borrowing established authority to legitimise a brand-new category.
THE SITE AS THE SALES GALLERY
Treated the website as the primary conversion asset rather than a brochure – walking prospects through the longevity spaces, the biophilic design and the community programming with the depth a physical showroom would normally provide.
