Our Work
FUTUR Immobilier
Full social media management, content production, and website design and build for a Quebec multi-residential development company.
Project Overview
Primary challenge
Multi-residential development markets to two audiences at once and usually only speaks to one. FUTUR Immobilier repositions and revitalises existing residential buildings across Quebec – Granby, Rawdon, Montreal – which means it has to attract capital & attract tenants using the same brand. Developers in this category default to spec sheets and unit counts. FUTUR’s thesis is the opposite: “creating unique living spaces that inspire wellbeing,” built on wellness, community, art and technology. None of that is visible in a floor plan. It had to be made visible.
- Designed and built a bilingual site that presents the portfolio - including the 330-unit Complexe Saint-Jacques in Granby and the 62-unit Le 3462 Rawdon - as a body of work rather than a list of listings.
- Structured the experience for both audiences at once: partners and capital see development capability, prospective residents see the living experience.
- Built a content engine out of the projects themselves - prospection, acquisition, transformation, and the finished living environment.
- Made the revitalisation story the hook: the before-and-after of an existing building is the single most persuasive asset a repositioning company owns.
- Took over full day-to-day management, moving the brand from sporadic project announcements to a continuous narrative about how people actually live in these buildings.
- Positioned founder and CEO Jérémy Savoie as the voice of the thesis, giving an asset-heavy business a human centre.
- Translated "creating unique living spaces that inspire wellbeing" into a working system across web, social and leasing collateral.
- Turned the four pillars - wellness, community, art and technology - into repeatable content territories rather than a values page nobody reads.
- In development, the brand is what closes the gap between an unbuilt promise and a signed lease. FUTUR sells the life inside the building, not the building.
The Outcome
Selling the Life, Not the Floor Plan
FUTUR Immobilier stopped competing on unit counts and started competing on living experience. A bilingual, dual-audience website and a transformation-led content engine made an intangible thesis legible to residents and credible to partners – turning a portfolio of repositioned buildings into a recognisable brand across Quebec.
Content Strategy
An organic content strategy for a developer whose differentiator is invisible in a spec sheet – engineered to make wellbeing, community and design feel concrete.
THE TRANSFORMATION IS THE STORY
Anchored the content in what FUTUR actually does: taking an existing building and revitalising it. The before-and-after is inherently compelling, endlessly renewable, and proves the capability that a rendering only claims.
FOUR TERRITORIES, NOT FOUR VALUES
Converted wellness, community, art and technology from a values statement into four standing content territories, each with its own visual language and recurring formats, so the brand promise is demonstrated weekly instead of declared once.
BILINGUAL, BUILT FOR QUEBEC
Produced every asset in French and English from the outset so the brand competes for the full provincial market – Granby, Rawdon and Montreal – rather than half of it.
